When will my order ship?
Transit time estimates begin after your order leaves our facility in Maryland and Pennsylvania. All orders will ship within 2-6 business days of order completion. Weather delays may alter shipping times.
Fedex Ground
Most ground shipments are delivered in 2-5 days from the date the order ships Ground Shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Overseas shipping must be arranged separately. Please email through "Contact us" for international orders.
Can my order be shipped to a post office (P.O.) box number?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. When you place your order, you will need to provide a physical location (street address and apartment number, if applicable) where we can ship your product.
Where are fitnessUwear Products mailed from?
We ship our products from Maryland and Pennsylvania. In some cases you will receive a partial shipment from each location to complete your order. You will only pay one shipping fee per order for one box or multiple boxes.
Will I get an order confirmation by email?
We will send order confirmation to the email address you provide that will contain your order number and order details.
Do I need to sign for my package?
In some cases, a signature is required before a package can be left at your location. The delivery driver decides if a signature is needed, based on location, weather conditions and other factors. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up. Delivery is typically attempted up to three times. |
