The 2lb Burner ankle weights have been designed for individuals who are in good physical condition and exercise at least 5 times per week. Burners will develop and sculpt your lower body lean muscles and increase your overall leg strength. Burners will help to take time off your running mile and increase overall endurance. The 2 lb weights are designed for men and women in good shape who are looking for an extra edge in their regular training. Wear burners for one hour at a time for the first week and build up to a maximum of 4 hours in the first month.
