How long to wear your Banglz

Recommenation for wearing the product:

For active lifestyles & individuals:
Wear your Banglz for 1 hour the first day so that you can gage your own health and fitness level. Add an hour each day for a maximum of 8 hours a day. Plan to wear them when you are involved in normal daily activities for maximum benefit. After this you won't want to miss a day!

For Inactive Lifestyles & Individuals with no regular exercise habits:
Place them on just before you are involved in a daily activity (such as daily dressing) versus sitting stationary.

  • Week #1- wear for 30 minutes per day
  • Week #2- wear for 1 hour per day
  • Week #3- wear for 90 minutes each day
  • Week #4- wear for 2 hours each day

You will feel stronger with each week you wear your BANGLZ!

"Do's & Don'ts":
WEAR Banglz throughout the day, for up do 8 hours a day for individuals in good health

WEAR wrist Banglz when you are involved in regular daily routines such as making meals, doing laundry, using a hairdryer, etc.

WEAR ankle Banglz when you are involved in normal activities like walking the dog, doing errands, sweeping, playing with the children, etc.

WEAR Banglz when you are traveling

WEAR Banglz when you are involved in low-impact exercises such as walking or a treadmill to maximize your exercise time

Do NOT wear wrist Banglz while working on the computer

Do NOT wear Banglz into a pool or any time you are swimming

Do NOT wear ankle Banglz with high heels

Do NOT wear ankle Banglz while doing ANY kind of intense or high impact fitness routine

Wear Banglz only after you have talked to your Doctor. This or ANY fitness activity should be discussed with your Doctor beforehand:
