Shipping Information

When will my order ship?
Transit time estimates begin after your order leaves our facility in Wayne, PA. All orders will ship within 48 business hours of order completion.

UPS Ground
Most ground shipments are delivered in 2-5 days from the date the order ships Ground Shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

UPS Second Day
Second day shipments are delivered by end of business two days from the date the order ships, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via second day; however delivery in 2 business days is not guaranteed to Alaska nor Hawaii.

Next Day
Next day shipments are delivered by 10:30 am the next business day after the order ships.

Can my order be shipped to a post office (P.O.) box number?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. When you place your order, you will need to provide a physical location (street address and apartment number, if applicable) where we can ship your product.

Can I change the Ship To address?
You can change the ship to address without charge if your order has not left the facility. Once your order is in transit; there is a $10 charge to change the address (this includes adding an apartment or suite number).

Will I get an order confirmation by email?
We will send order confirmation to the email address you provide that will contain your order number and order details. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.

Do I need to sign for my package?
In some cases, a signature is required before a package can be left at your location. The delivery driver decides if a signature is needed, based on location, weather conditions and other factors. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up. Delivery is typically attempted up to three times.
